FC Lincoln……..the story so far
FC Lincoln was founded in 2019 with the aim of bringing futsal to the city of Lincoln.

The 2019/20 season will be our first season and we aim to run as many 5 aside futsal teams as possible some boys, some girls and mixed teams. Training will be at Deans Sports & Leisure on the Lincoln College campus, Monks Road Lincoln.
Our development squad (4 & 5 year old’s) will train on a Saturday morning and all other teams mid week (see the join us page for full details). With the younger age groups having matches on a Saturday and the older ages Thursday & Friday nights in the Lincolnshire Futsal League.

During the 2019/20 season FC Lincoln plan to become a Chartered Standard Club and an active recruiter of talent both on and off the pitch. FC Lincoln want to train 6 new FA Level 1 Coaches and 4 new match officials from the youth system and are committed to increase the number of qualified Coaches and Referee’s year on year.

To continue to develop the club, facilities, players, coaches, officials, volunteers and teams in order to achieve our vision of providing football for Navenby and surrounding areas
To develop a sustainable Futsal in Lincolnshire
To work in partnership with other community organisations to use football to promote social inclusion and community development
To recruit, train and develop coaches, leaders, officials, administrators and volunteers
To introduce people to football regardless of age, ability, sex, religion and ethnic Background

The club is run by a volunteer committee often made up by the parents of the boys and girls who play football for the club. As with most charitable organisations the survival of the club is in the hands of the members of the club. FC Lincoln are always looking for new parents to get involved with the club either by helping to run a team or assist in the paperwork at either team or club level.
